Chef Michael has butchery in his ancestry, with his Sicilian family breaking down animals like they have for centuries. His curiosity in the craft got him work at Barbara Lynch’s The Butcher Shop in Boston, Fountaine Bleu Hotel and Resort and at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon, Los Angeles. As a result, Electric City Butcher combines an Old World nostalgia with the most cutting-edge culinary techniques to make it one of the best butcher shops in the country.
